About Therese

With over 15 years as a chef, culinary instructor, and entrepreneur, Therese is the Executive Chef and Co-Founder of Sweet Moments Co. — the culinary force behind every menu, every ingredient kit, and the dishes guests cook alongside her on screen.

Her background spans Executive Pastry Chef at Troon Country Club, launching and running her own bakery and bistro in North Scottsdale, and a decade teaching as a chef instructor. She grew up in the kitchen and fell in love with cooking young — her passion runs across both savory and sweet.

Today, Therese leads SMCo's culinary direction and instructs experiences for clients across the country, hand-selecting the fresh ingredients that set every event apart.

Sweet Moments Co. is a husband-and-wife company. Therese and Brent built it together — she designs what your team cooks and leads it live from the Sweet Moments Kitchen, and he builds everything that gets it to your door.
