Read the recipes, browse the experiences, use the booking form. In exchange, don't do the obvious things: don't break the site, don't scrape it wholesale, don't try to reach areas you weren't given access to, don't upload anything malicious, and don't use it to break the law or infringe someone's rights.
Automated collection — scrapers, bots, harvesting our recipe or article content for republication or for training a commercial model — is not permitted without our written permission. Search engines and AI assistants indexing the site to answer questions and send people back to us are welcome; that's what it's for.

WHAT BELONGS TO WHOM
Cook the recipes. Don't republish them.
The recipes, photography, written content, brand names, logos, and design on this site belong to Ludwig Concepts LLC or our licensors, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. 'Sweet Moments Co.', the Sweet Moments Co. marks, and our named promises — the Ridiculous Shipping Guarantee, the Late-Add Guarantee, the Flexible Headcount Promise, the Dietary Promise, and the Flexible Reschedule Promise — are ours.
What you may do: cook our recipes, in your kitchen or your client's, as often as you like. Print one for yourself. Share a link. Quote a short passage with attribution and a link back.
What you may not do: republish our recipes or articles in whole or in substantial part, present our content as your own, or use our photography, marks, or content commercially without written permission.
If you send us feedback or ideas, we can use them without owing you anything. Please don't send us anything you consider confidential.
RECIPES, FOOD & YOUR KITCHEN
On allergens, plainly.
Our recipes and instructional content are provided for your use, but cooking is something you do, in your space, with your equipment. You are responsible for safe food handling, safe use of knives, heat, and appliances, and for checking ingredients against your own dietary needs and allergies. Nutritional or dietary descriptions are provided in good faith and are not a substitute for medical advice.
We build gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, vegetarian, vegan, and allergen-substituted kits to order. We are not a gluten-free, nut-free, or allergen-free kitchen. Everything is produced in one shared facility that handles wheat, tree nuts, peanuts, dairy, eggs, soy, and sesame, so we cannot rule out cross-contact.
If you have celiac disease, a severe or anaphylactic allergy, or any condition where trace exposure is dangerous, our kits are not appropriate for you and we will tell you so directly.

BOOKING, PAYMENT & THIRD PARTIES
A request isn't a confirmation.
Submitting a booking request or inquiry does not confirm an event. An event is confirmed when we countersign an agreement and receive the deposit. Prices on this site are estimates until they're in a written proposal.
Booking, payment, registration, and email may run through third-party services. Their terms apply to their part of it. We choose them carefully; we don't control them.

What we can and can't promise about a website.
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly current. The site and its content are provided 'as is' and 'as available,' without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ludwig Concepts LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim relating to this site is limited to $100, or the amount you paid us for site access, whichever is greater.
None of this limits liability for anything that cannot be limited by law — including our own fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Indemnity. If your use of this site breaks these terms or the law and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs in dealing with it.
Governing law. Arizona law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Maricopa County, Arizona.
We may update these terms and will post the new effective date here.
