EVERYTHING IN-HOUSE

Quality Uncompromised.

Others outsource. We don't. Recipes, pre-portioning, engraving, printing, instruction, and support — all under one roof at the Sweet Moments Kitchen, our studio in Phoenix.
IN-HOUSE PRODUCTION

Made Here. Every Step.

Every kit is made start to finish in the Sweet Moments Kitchen — which is what lets it arrive pre-portioned and ready to cook, with quality we can actually stand behind.

IN-HOUSE STUDIO
We Built a Studio.
Not a Kitchen With a Webcam.

4K instructor cam. A top-down cam for technique close-ups. A wall-sized screen so the chef can see your team and call people out by name.

The production value shows up in the first 90 seconds. Clients tell us it feels like Food Network — except you can talk back. Most other companies broadcast from a home kitchen on a single webcam. We work in a place built for this.

IN-HOUSE CUSTOMIZATION

Your Event, CustomizedIn-House.

Branding your event usually means managing a separate keepsake vendor — extra coordination, a second invoice, and paying to ship the pieces to us before they ever reach your team. We do it all in-house, so personalizing your event is one decision, not a project. The keepsake is the bonus; the ease is the point.

One Partner, Start to Finish.
One team to brief, one invoice to approve, one group accountable. No separate keepsake vendor to manage, chase, or reconcile.
Pay for What Ships.
Outsourcing meant ordering extra, because you never knew your final headcount. We engrave to your actual count — so you pay only for what we ship. No leftover boxes.
On Time, In the Box.
Third-party keepsakes get delayed and miss the kit. Ours are engraved here and packed in the same box, so they arrive with everything else — every time.
Branded with your logo. Never ours.
IN-HOUSE CHEFS
Your Chef Is On Our Payroll.
Therese Ludwig is your chef. Fifteen years across executive pastry at Troon Private Country Club, her own bakery and bistro in North Scottsdale, and a decade teaching at culinary school.
She converts skeptics to believers — the cooking-class-curious teammate who almost didn't show ends up texting a friend about it. She calls people out by name, reads the room, and knows when to push and when to laugh with the group.
Most competitor instructors are freelancers or amateur home cooks, booked per gig. Yours is the same vetted professional, on our payroll — every event, every time.

FREQUENTLY ASKED
How We Do It In-House.
Just about everything: recipe development, hand-selected fresh ingredients portioned for your event date, scratch-made sauces and components, laser-engraved keepsakes, printed recipe cards, and the live class itself — all from the Sweet Moments Kitchen. No fulfillment house, no freelance instructors, no subcontracted engraver.
We hand-pick fresh ingredients ourselves for your specific event date — not whatever a fulfillment warehouse had on the shelf. Sauces, dressings, and components are scratch-made in our certified kitchen, then measured and portioned by the same team that's on camera.
Because one team makes every kit start to finish, it's measured and food-safe-handled down to the seasoning, sorted into labeled sub-kits by recipe, and checked and packed complete — the card, the keepsake, cold-chain — so each box arrives the same way, every time.
A purpose-built broadcast studio, not a webcam in a kitchen: a 4K instructor camera, a top-down camera for technique close-ups, and a wall-sized screen so the chef can see your team and call people out by name. Clients say it feels like Food Network — except you can talk back.
On our payroll. Therese Ludwig — 15+ years, executive pastry at Troon, her own bakery and bistro, a decade teaching — leads as Executive Chef. Most competitors book freelancers or home cooks per gig; yours is the same vetted professional, every event.
We laser-engrave them here with your logo — never ours — to your actual final headcount, so you pay only for what ships and there are no leftover boxes. They're packed in the same box as the kit, so they arrive on time with everything else. One partner, one invoice, no separate vendor to chase.
Yes — because we portion and pack every kit ourselves, we tailor them per person: vegan, gluten-free, allergy-conscious, vegetarian. No separate vendor, no 'sorry, we can't change it' — it's just part of building the kit in-house.
