Corn: Tiny But Mighty Heirloom Kernels – 1/2 cup
Oil: Coconut Oil – 3 tbsp
Salt: Flavacol – 1-2 tsp

- Prep the Popper: Add 3 tbsp of coconut oil and 3 loose kernels to your Whirley Pop. Place on the burner and set the dial to slightly above 3/4 max heat.
- Mix Your Kernels: In a measuring cup, combine 1/2 cup of Tiny But Mighty kernels with 1-2 tsp of Flavacol, depending on your salt preference.
- Heat Check: When the 3 loose kernels pop, your oil is ready. Quickly pour in the pre-measured popcorn and Flavacol mix, then close the lid.
- Crank & Shake: Turn the crank at a steady pace (45-50 times a minute). After the first pops, give the popper a quick shake to help all kernels pop evenly. Continue until the crank is difficult to move.
