1 tsp. sesame oil
1 tablespoon canola oil
2 green onions, sliced
2 garlic cloves minced
1 tsp. freshly grated ginger
¼ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
¼ cup fresh shredded carrot
¼ cup sliced sweet bell peppers
2 Tablespoons water chestnuts, sliced
2 Tablespoons celery, diced
2 Tablespoons diced onion
Salt and pepper to taste
Butter lettuce for cups

2 Tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
1.5 Tablespoons rice vinegar
1/2 Tablespoon chili paste
1 green onion, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Directions
