6 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. raw chicken breast, cubed
1/3 cup Franks Red Hot Sauce
1/3 cup blue cheese dressing
1/3 cup shredded cheddar jack cheese
3 TBS chopped green onion
3 TBS blue cheese crumbles
1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
Salt & pepper to season
Onion and garlic powder to season
Carrots & celery for dipping
Fresh Grilled Pita for dipping
Directions
- Heat a sauté pan over medium heat. Place cubed chicken into the pan and cook chicken until golden. Season with salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder.
- Turn the heat to low and add in the cream cheese to begin melting. Once it is halfway melted, add in hot sauce, blue cheese crumbles, blue cheese dressing, shredded cheddar jack, and half of the green onions. Mix smooth and remove from the heat.
- Place dip into an oven-safe dish. Sprinkle the top of the dip with panko breadcrumbs.
- Place into the oven and bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Serve with freshly grilled pita, carrots, and celery.
