Using ready-to-use pastry dough, you’ll craft (4) personal crostatas filled with roasted pumpkin, sweet Italian sausage, caramelized onions, and creamy ricotta. Learn to balance seasonal flavors, shape pastry with confidence, and bring out the best in autumn ingredients.

We’ll complete the meal with a crisp autumn salad and Chef Therese’s signature autumn cookie dessert, all paired with two carefully selected Pursued by Bear wines: the 2024 Twin Bear Chardonnay and 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon.
