Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tablespoon Canola Oil
  • 1 Yellow Onion sliced thin
  • 1 Carrot slides thin on a bias
  • 2 Cups Broccoli Florets
  • 2 Cups Sugar Snap Peas
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper sliced into strips
  • 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Chicken Broth
  • Pinch of Salt & Pepper as needed to season

Instructions
 

  • Mis en place all of the ingredients and sliced them all down to size.
  • Heat a saute pan over medium heat and add in the canola oil.
    1 Tablespoon Canola Oil
  • Start to saute the onion, carrot, and bell pepper until it starts to soften. Next, add in the broccoli and snap peas. Once the veggies soften and begin to caramelize, add in the garlic, soy, sesame oil, brown sugar, and chicken broth.
    1 Yellow Onion, 1 Carrot, 2 Cups Broccoli Florets, 2 Cups Sugar Snap Peas, 1 Red Bell Pepper, 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce, 2 Garlic Cloves, 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil, 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar, 1/4 Cup Chicken Broth
  • Cook until most of the liquid has reduced. Taste veggies to check for tenderness and season with salt and pepper if needed. Serve immediately.
    Pinch of Salt & Pepper as needed to season
